Our people

Richard has been CEO of Search Recruitment Group since September 2019. He brings over 20 years of industry experience to the role, working for PageGroup, where he was most recently responsible for shaping and growing Michael Page North America.

Richard embodies the passion and expertise that define Search, and he’s leading the charge to further expand the group.

He lives in his native Yorkshire with his wife and three children. He’s a big Leeds United fan and loves horse racing.

Stuart has been the CFO of Search Recruitment Group since it was established. His extensive experience in corporate finance includes over a decade in a PE-backed environment and eleven in recruitment.

Stuart leads the Group’s Finance, IT, and regulatory departments as well as M&A and more. Stuart is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Stuart is a proud father of three boys, and loves sport, fitness and music. He is based in Glasgow.

Terry Benson has been one of the Group’s Non-Executive Director’s since May 2021. In his career, he has served as Chief Executive of Michael Page International for over a decade, guiding the company to become a FTSE200 company, as well as Chief Executive of Morgan Hunt.

Terry has considerable board experience, including acting as Chairman of TeeBee Consulting, an independent advisory practice focussed on recruitment and staffing.

Terry is passionate about sport, particularly horse racing. He has owned several high profile horses that have won at Cheltenham Festival.
